o Recommend 12-16 months prior to preferred date to make an initial inquiry
o Recommend RESERVING your date 12-14 months to guarantee your date
o Policy and pricing information sent to client
o Read the policy and pricing information
o Follow up questions via email or phone call between client and Roseburg staff
o Schedule an appointment to tour of facility
o Appointment times must be prompt; it will be considered a no show if you have not arrived to your scheduled time within 15 minutes, the time will be forfeited and you will be required to schedule for a new day.
o Nonrefundable $1,000.000 deposit required to secure date; sign contract
o Once your deposit is paid and date is secured you can follow up with as many questions you may have but we do not require an additional meeting until 2 weeks prior to your event.
o Meeting with client 2 weeks prior to event to finalize details
o 50% of payment due 2 weeks prior to event
o Final guest count is due 1 week prior to event
o Full payment is due at conclusion of event; unless prior signed agreement made
