In order to secure your date, the non-refundable, non-transferable room rental is required when a firm booking date is booked with Roseburg Event Center.
No. Roseburg Event Center will handle all of your catering needs for events. No outside food or beverages will be allowed with the exception of the wedding cake. Additionally, due to safe food handling guidelines, excess food is not allowed to be taken off premises.
Menu selections will be provided with a wide range of options and choices. We can also customize your menu to suit your tastes. Please let us know if you have specific needs or requests.
The room rental fee covers the following: set-up and clean-up, staffing, buffet monitoring and serving, tables, chairs, linens (tablecloths and napkins), table service, additional tables for - display, registration, cake, buffet(s), gifts, etc.
