The earlier you can book your room, the better chance you have of securing the date that best suits you. Immediately upon deciding on a date, you should contact the Roseburg Event Center to reserve your date. Remember, summer months and the holiday season dates fill up quickly. 

After securing your date with the Roseburg Event Center, the friendly staff will be happy to assist you in the planning process. The following items will help in the planning process at the Roseburg Event Center: Time of event, guest count, wedding colors, guest arrival, dinner time, menu, served meal or buffet, open or reserved seating, number in bridal party, location of bridal party table, cake arrangements, location of cake table, location of dance floor, table decorations, other decorations, lighting request, DJ/sound system, host/hostess, special contacts, additional request. 

In order to secure your date, the non-refundable, non-transferable room rental is required when a firm booking date is booked with Roseburg Event Center. 

No. Roseburg Event Center will handle all of your catering needs for events. No outside food or beverages will be allowed with the exception of the wedding cake. Additionally, due to safe food handling guidelines, excess food is not allowed to be taken off premises. 

Menu selections will be provided with a wide range of options and choices. We can also customize your menu to suit your tastes. Please let us know if you have specific needs or requests. 

The room rental fee covers the following: set-up and clean-up, staffing, buffet monitoring and serving, tables, chairs, linens (tablecloths and napkins), table service, additional tables for - display, registration, cake, buffet(s), gifts, etc.
