Room rental covers a 4 hour event—time begins when guest arrive
Need additional time? $500 per additional hour
Decorating can be completed the day prior between the hours of 7:00am – 4:30pm
Need additional time? $100 per additional hour
Onsite Wedding Fee $500.00
+1 hour = 5 hours for event +1 hour for wedding rehearsal day before event
+ dressing rooms for bride/groom + early access day of for hair, makeup, pictures, etc.
Table decorations and chair covers ARE NOT included in the rental fee
We hope to earn your business but we encourage you to look at other venues and take your time weighing all the options. In doing this, we want to give you peace of mind, we will verbally hold your date for 7 days without a deposit. Failure to pay a deposit within 7 days forfeits your date.
$1,000.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due to secure your date. Half of deposit will be credited to your final bill. The remaining half will be returned in full or according to damages accessed after clean up within seven days of event completion.
All Prices are subject to change depending on market prices.
An estimated count on number of guests and 50% of your total bill is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Failure to pay 50% forfeits your date and gives Roseburg the right to schedule another event for that date. Final guest count is due 5 days prior to the event. Final settlement of your account is due no later than the conclusion of your event—unless prior signed agreement is made.
Sales tax of 7% (room rental and food) will be added to final bill
Gratuity of 20% (food only) will be added to final bill.
Unless you have made prior arrangements, failure to pay balance in full following your event will result in late fees penalties of 3.0% per month until balance is paid in full.
Payment may be made with cash, personal check, money order or credit card.
A $100.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
All credit card transactions are charged an additional 4.0% service fee.
Roseburg Event Center will handle all catering needs for events. No outside food or beverages will be allowed with an exception of wedding cake, cupcakes, mints and nuts.
Roseburg menu selections are priced as a buffet but for an additional $3 per person a meal can be served to your guest at their seats!
Clients must order from the provided dinner menu selection to meet food minimum. Ordering from the provided hot and cold appetizer selections is only meant to compliment the dinner menu and cannot be in place of the dinner selection. Minimum food order is $18.95/person + tax & gratuity.
Due to safe food handling guidelines, excess food is not allowed to be taken off the premises.
Requests for food items that are raw or undercooked may increase your risk for food borne illness. This includes but not limited to, undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs.
Absolutely NO alcohol can be brought into the facility by clients or their guests. Bringing alcohol into the building or on the grounds is strictly prohibited by Indiana Law. Any alcohol brought in from the outside will forfeit your $1,000 deposit and immediately suspend all bar service. Event supervisor will notify event liaison 1 time prior to consequences. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be served. ID will be required. Roseburg reserves the right to refuse service and violators may be asked to leave. ID will be required.
Roseburg provides the liquor license, licensed bartenders and will provide all alcohol for your event upon request. There is a $100.00 fee for bar set-up.
Bar works in 3 ways:
Pay for bar setup fee (required)
1. Guest pay for all their own drinks
2. Client pays for all of their guests drinks
3. Client selects complimentary drink(s) and sets a limit or pays for all drinks served
Independent Sound Technicians/DJ's are not permitted to use our sound equipment and must bring their own; they will not permitted to hook in to Roseburg sound system.
Audio/Visual capabilities for meetings, presentations, etc. are available in all rooms. Certified Sound technician fee is $50.00 per hour. Sound technician fee is required if using AV equipment.
30 minute setup & 30 minute teardown fee automatically billed if using AV equipment + event time.

Roseburg can provide full decorating services upon request. An appointment can be made with Diane to discuss your needs. Each centerpiece is uniquely created to match your vision and taste. Prices will vary depending on the material and time needed. Minimum $45/table.
Please consider the following when decorating:
Live floral arrangements are ok BUT no live petals sprinkled on tables or carpet
Rent Chair covers (black or white) - add $2.00 for sash
$5.00/chair cover for Roseburg staff to put on
$3.00/chair cover for Guest to put on
